UPDATE-Seller reached out and apologized for the mistake and also immediately sent me a clean copy of the book I ordered at no charge. Honest mistake that they made right with absolutely no issues! Excellent customer service and the replacement item is as described!! Thank you so much!!! Description states normal wear and tear, but pages are clean. That was true for two of the books so I’m leaving two stars for that. But one of the book’s condition is absolutely atrocious. So much water damage and a ton of black writing and scribbles all throughout the book. The last page is also ripped in half. Not a good experience sadly
